About Us...

VNC Lifeline are your friendly 24 hour emergency alarm people!

We provide an emergency pendant alarm service for people in Merseyside and throughout the UK who wish to live independently at home. Our service is for people who are elderly and frail, or for people who live with a long term condition or who leave in fear of crime.

You simply wear a pendant around your neck, and if you need help at any time, 24 hrs a day, from anywhere in your home, you press your pendant. This will come through to us and we will get the help you need whether that's from a registered contact or the emergency services.

The service could not be easier to use. Find out more on our website http://www.vnclifeline.co.uk/. It could be for yourself, or a family member or friend. Call us now for a FREE demonstration on

The Wonderful Thing that is Volunteering...

The Wonderful Thing that is Volunteering…

At a time when things are economically tough and there are so many demands on our time, why on earth would anyone volunteer their free time to a good cause like Lifeline?

Here’s our 5 top reasons why to volunteer with us:

1...It’s good to give something back to an organisation that has impacted on a person's life, either directly or indirectly – maybe a parent/neighbour/loved one had a Lifeline in the past that meant a lot to them.

2...Make a difference to the lives of others – there are many isolated and vulnerable people out there whose lives could be hugely helped by having a Lifeline, so helping us tell more people about Lifeline can really make a difference.

3...Spend quality time away from work or a busy lifestyle – to give even just an hour or two a week/month can be a refreshing break from the normal day-to-day routine of life.  As volunteer is a matter of choice, it is generally more fulfilling and rewarding.

4...Gain confidence, self-esteem and enhance your CV.  Because volunteering often involves going into an environment that you’re less familiar with, outside of paid work, you can gain confidence, learn new skills and build up a wealth experience for your CV, perhaps even enhancing your job prospects.

5...Get to know new people and the local community – We try and get out and about into the community as much as possible to promote the service.  Often this amongst the elderly, and we can guarantee that they are wonderful to talk to!  So many stories and insights in to life that will definitely enrich your experience!
