About Us...

VNC Lifeline are your friendly 24 hour emergency alarm people!

We provide an emergency pendant alarm service for people in Merseyside and throughout the UK who wish to live independently at home. Our service is for people who are elderly and frail, or for people who live with a long term condition or who leave in fear of crime.

You simply wear a pendant around your neck, and if you need help at any time, 24 hrs a day, from anywhere in your home, you press your pendant. This will come through to us and we will get the help you need whether that's from a registered contact or the emergency services.

The service could not be easier to use. Find out more on our website http://www.vnclifeline.co.uk/. It could be for yourself, or a family member or friend. Call us now for a FREE demonstration on

Who would be there for you if you had a fall at home?  The answer: VNC Lifeline!

How shocking are these statistics from AgeUK's website: *
  • Every year, more than one in three (3.4 million) people over 65 suffer a fall that can cause serious injury, and even death
  • Every minute, six people over 65 suffer a fall.
  • Every hour, an older person dies as the result of a hip fracture from a fall.
And when you think that having a Lifeline alarm can help to quickly raise the alarm following a fall, why would anyone put themselves at risk without one?  Because the Lifeline button is worn on the user's body, it can raise alarm if someone is unable to reach a telephone, for example falling down the stairs, or tripping taking out a wheelie bin the front or back path.

You hear horror stories about people who have fallen and have been left unaided for literally days because they couldn't raise the alarm. This late response can result in far more serious resulting injuries and sadly, often, even death.  So why leave a loved one unprotected?  A telecare alarm can save a life.
